Something happened when they moved locations and it hasn't been as good since. Sad, because this used to be one of my favorites.
Quality went downhill a few years back, but tourists don't know that, so the lines remain.
They may have expanded too quickly — no consistency anymore, and I used to absolutely love this place.
I'll basically only eat at the Carmine location now, and occasionally Williamsburg. The others just aren't the same.
My uncle owned a pizzeria. “Pizza maxi” is in my bio. I've been judging New York slices for as long as I can remember, and I'm tired of watching good people get sent to bad pizza.
